For gfx 10, rlc firmware loading relies on smu firmware is loaded firstly, so in direct type, it has to load smc ucode here before rlc. And meanwhile, the smu initialization has to move after rlc, otherwise, smu message will get failure during the handshake with rlc and smu. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
