Mike Snitzer 0545bfd4c8 dm: return early from dm_pr_call() if DM device is suspended

Otherwise PR ops may be issued while the broader DM device is being
reconfigured, etc.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
