The call to ice_dis_vsi_txq() acts as the notification to the firmware that the VF is being reset. Because of this, we need to make this call every time we reset, regardless of whatever else we do to stop the Tx queues. Without this change, VF resets would fail to complete on interfaces that were up and running. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
