Factor out logic to fetch basic kfunc metadata based on struct bpf_insn. This is not exactly short or trivial code to just copy/paste and this information is sometimes necessary in other parts of the verifier logic. Subsequent patches will rely on this to determine if an instruction is a kfunc call to iterator next method. No functional changes intended, including that verbose() warning behavior when kfunc is not allowed for a particular program type. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
