[ Upstream commit 0f1f7a6661394fe4a53db254c346d6aa2dd64397 ] For making easier to test, add the new quirk_flags bits 17 and 18 to enable and disable the generic implicit feedback mode. The bit 17 is equivalent with implicit_fb=1 option, applying the generic implicit feedback sync mode. OTOH, the bit 18 disables the implicit fb mode forcibly. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
