Christoph Hellwig 089ec2f875 xfs: simplify xfs_rtallocate_extent
We can deduce the allocation type from the bno argument, and do the
return without prod much simpler internally.

Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.
