Andrii Nakryiko 0a0ffcac92 selftests/bpf: add global subprog annotation tests 
Add test cases to validate semantics of global subprog argument
annotations:
  - non-null pointers;
  - context argument;
  - const dynptr passing;
  - packet pointers (data, metadata, end).
