NeilBrown 0ad66449aa rhashtable: use cmpxchg() to protect ->future_tbl.
Rather than borrowing one of the bucket locks to
protect ->future_tbl updates, use cmpxchg().
This gives more freedom to change how bucket locking
is implemented.
