Add debugfs interface to log GFXOFF statistics: - Read amdgpu_gfxoff_count to get the total GFXOFF entry count at the time of query since system power-up - Write 1 to amdgpu_gfxoff_residency to start logging, and 0 to stop. Read it to get average GFXOFF residency % multiplied by 100 during the last logging interval. Both features are designed to be keep the values persistent between suspends. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
