Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz e7deb3c774 drm: shmobile: remove unused MERAM support ...

Since commit a521422ea4ae  ("ARM: shmobile: mackerel: Remove Legacy C
board code") MERAM functionality is unused. Remove it.
