Linus Torvalds 10d48d70e8 Char/Misc driver changes for 6.8-rc8 (or -final)
Here are a few small char/misc and other driver subsystem fixes for
 reported issues that have been in my tree for inclusion in 6.8-rc8 or
 -final, which ever is next.
 
 Included in here are fixes for:
   - iio driver fixes for reported problems
   - much reported bugfix for a lis3lv02d_i2c regression
   - comedi driver bugfix
   - mei new device ids
   - mei driver fixes
   - counter core fix
 
 All of these have been in linux-next with no reported issues, some for
 many weeks.

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
