The basic MPC initialization sequence is strictly sequential, and waiting for an available cmd buffer should never be necessary. So this change only affects the OSN path, where dangling waiters on an unbounded wait_event() are not desirable. Switch to qeth_get_buffers(), and let OSN callers deal with -ENOMEM. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
