[ Upstream commit c28742447ca9879b52fbaf022ad844f0ffcd749c ] In get_esi() PCI errors are checked inside line-split "if" conditions (in addition to the file not following the coding style). To make the code in get_esi() more readable, fix the coding style and use the usual error handling pattern with a separate variable. In addition, initialization of 'error' variable at declaration is not needed. No functional changes intended. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
