Hangbin Liu 17e99ea131 ipv6: sr: fix incorrect unregister order

Commit 5559cea2d5aa ("ipv6: sr: fix possible use-after-free and
null-ptr-deref") changed the register order in seg6_init(). But the
unregister order in seg6_exit() is not updated.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
