Ankit Nautiyal 17eeeac92b drm/i915/dg2: Add HDMI pixel clock frequencies 267.30 and 319.89 MHz

Add snps phy table values for HDMI pixel clocks 267.30 MHz and
319.89 MHz. Values are based on the Bspec algorithm for
PLL programming for HDMI.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
