Hibernation operation fails when it is issued for second time. This is because the driver is trying to release the IOC's PCI resources after setting power state to D3. Set the IOC's power state to D3 only after releasing the IOC's PCI resources. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
