Ville Syrjälä 1a74fc0b3f drm/i915: Add a new "remapped" gtt_view
To overcome display engine stride limits we'll want to remap the
pages in the GTT. To that end we need a new gtt_view type which
is just like the "rotated" type except not rotated.

v2: Use intel_remapped_plane_info base type
    s/unused/unused_mbz/ (Chris)
    Separate BUILD_BUG_ON()s (Chris)
    Use I915_GTT_PAGE_SIZE (Chris)
v3: Use i915_gem_object_get_dma_address() (Chris)
    Trim the sg (Tvrtko)
v4: Actually trim this time. Limit the max length
    to one row of pages to keep things simple

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
