Add driver for serial-connected u-blox GNSS receivers. Note that the driver uses the generic GNSS serial implementation and therefore essentially only manages power abstracted into three power states: ACTIVE, STANDBY, and OFF. For u-blox receivers with a main supply and no enable-gpios, this simply means that the main supply is disabled in STANDBY and OFF (the optional backup supply is kept enabled while the driver is bound). In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
