Shailendra Verma 208250dd4c char:pcmcia:synclink_cs - Do not initialise statics to 0. 
Static variables are initialised to 0 by GCC.
Fixes the following checkpatch error:
ERROR: do not initialise statics to 0 or NULL
FILE: drivers/char/pcmcia/synclink_cs.c:440:
static bool break_on_load = 0;
