Now that the per-VM, on-demand allocation logic in kvm_setup_gdt() and vcpu_init_descriptor_tables() is gone, fold them into vcpu_init_sregs(). Note, both kvm_setup_gdt() and vcpu_init_descriptor_tables() configured the GDT, which is why it looks like kvm_setup_gdt() disappears. Opportunistically delete the pointless zeroing of the IDT limit (it was being unconditionally overwritten by vcpu_init_descriptor_tables()). Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
