Double Lo 25076fe2a6 brcmfmac: fix CERT-P2P:5.1.10 failure
This patch fix CERT-P2P:5.1.10 failure at step 18 Group formation failed
due to chip is under dump survey. Decrease the dump survery duration to
pass this certification case.

Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
