Joe Perches 26c97c5d8d netfilter: ipset: Use is_zero_ether_addr instead of static and memcmp
To make the test a bit clearer and to reduce object size a little.

o remove now unnecessary static const array

This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst

Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users.
These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.
