Fourth set of patches for v5.16. Mostly fixes this time, wcn36xx and iwlwifi have some new features but nothing really out of ordinary. We have one conflict with kspp tree. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
