[ Upstream commit 7dd2e2a923173d637c272e483966be8e96a72b64 ] Extraneous teardown routines are present in the firmware dump path causing altered states in firmware captures. When a firmware dump is requested via sysfs, trigger the dump immediately without tearing down structures and changing adapter state. The driver shall rely on pre-existing firmware error state clean up handlers to restore the adapter. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
