Imre Deak 2a8408e537 drm/i915/cnl: Reprogram DMC firmware after S3/S4 resume
The DMC firmware program memory is lost after S3/S4 system suspend, so
we need to reprogram it during resume.

This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst

Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.
