In power10 DD1, there is an issue where the SIAR (Sampled Instruction Address Register) is not latching to the sampled address during random sampling. This results in value of 0s in the SIAR. Add a check to use regs->nip when SIAR is zero. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
