RDMA/bnxt_re: Enable GSI QP support for 57500 series
In the new 57500 series of adapters the GSI qp is a UD type QP unlike the previous generation where it was a Raw Eth QP. Changing the control and data path to support the same. Listing all the significant diffs: - AH creation resolve network type unconditionally - Add check at relevant places to distinguish from Raw Eth processing flow. - bnxt_re_process_res_ud_wc report completion with GRH flag when qp is GSI. - Change length, cfa_meta and smac to match new driver/hardware interface. - Add new driver/hardware interface. Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
