To make it clearer about the ownership of a reference count split the by-name case from the regular start-address sorted tree. Put the reference count when maps_by_name is freed, which requires moving a decrement to nr_maps in maps__remove. Add two missing map puts in maps__fixup_overlappings in the event maps__insert fails. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
