We have smp_ops->cpu_die() and ppc_md.cpu_die(). One of them offlines the current CPU and one offlines another CPU, can you guess which is which? Also one is in smp_ops and one is in ppc_md? So rename ppc_md.cpu_die(), to cpu_offline_self(), because that's what it does. And move it into smp_ops where it belongs. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
