Stanislav Lisovskiy 3c542cfa82 drm/i915/dg2: Tile 4 plane format support
TileF(Tile4 in bspec) format is 4K tile organized into
64B subtiles with same basic shape as for legacy TileY
which will be supported by Display13.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
