Thomas Gleixner 3e6392ba3d x86/extable: Get rid of redundant macros 
[ Upstream commit 32fd8b59f91fcd3bf9459aa72d90345735cc2588 ]

No point in defining the identical macros twice depending on C or assembly
mode. They are still identical.
