Define fwnode_phy_find_device() to iterate an mdiobus and find the phy device of the provided phy fwnode. Additionally define device_phy_find_device() to find phy device of provided device. Define fwnode_get_phy_node() to get phy_node using named reference. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
