invalid/prime icahce operation takes effect both pipes cuconrrently, therefore CP_MES_IC_BASE_LO/HI and CP_MES_MDBASE_LO/HI both have to be set before prime icache. several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
