pblk exposes a sysfs interface that represents its internal state. Part of this state is the map bitmap for the current open line, which should be protected by the line lock to avoid a race when freeing the line metadata. Currently, it is not. This patch makes sure that the line state is consistent and NULL bitmap pointers are not dereferenced. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
