Heiner Kallweit 4521428c48 scsi: sd: Make sd_spinup_disk() less noisy
sd_spinup_disk() is a little bit noisy after commit 848ade90ba9c ("scsi:
sd: Do not exit sd_spinup_disk() quietly"):

scsi 0:0:0:0: Direct-Access Multiple Card Reader 1.00 PQ: 0 ANSI: 0
sd 0:0:0:0: Attached scsi generic sg0 type 0
sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Media removed, stopped polling
sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Media removed, stopped polling
sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Attached SCSI removable disk
sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Media removed, stopped polling

There's not really a benefit in printing the same message multiple
times. Therefore print it only if media_present was previously set.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
