The NFSv4.2 server even if supports intra-SSC might prefer that for a particular file a classic copy is performed. As returning ENOTSUPP will clear the SSC capability of the server by the client, server might return NFS4ERR_OFFLOAD_DENIED (well, spec talks about remote servers there). Update nfs42_proc_copy to handle NFS4ERR_OFFLOAD_DENIED as ENOTSUPP, but without clearing NFS_CAP_COPY bit. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
