Certain clkctrl clocks, notably the display ones, use the CLK_SET_RATE_PARENT feature extensively. Add support for this flag to the clkctrl clocks. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
