Christoph Hellwig 524550a72c arm64: fix the flush_icache_range arguments in machine_kexec

The second argument is the end "pointer", not the length.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
