Linus Walleij d97ffe7881 ARM: do away with final ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB ...

A new user of the Kconfig selection of ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB
has appeared. Replace with just selecting GPIOLIB.
