Krzysztof Kozlowski 5db8b93cbe arm64: dts: qcom: sdm845: align RPMh regulator nodes with bindings

Device node names should be generic and bindings expect certain pattern
for RPMh regulator nodes.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
