Add support for a new AF_XDP feature that has already been introduced in upstreamed Intel NIC drivers. If a user space application signals that it might sleep using the new bind flag XDP_USE_NEED_WAKEUP, the driver will then set this flag if it has no more buffers on the NIC Rx ring and yield to the application. For Tx, it will set the flag if it has no outstanding Tx completion interrupts and return to the application. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
