The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart from emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new(), which already returns void. Eventually after all drivers are converted, .remove_new() will be renamed to .remove(). Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove callback to the void returning variant. * The lag register contains 5 bits encoding the temperature in steps.

*
* Each time the temperature crosses the threshold boundary, an

* interrupt is raised. It could be when the temperature is going

* fluctuating around this value due to the load, we can receive

*
* We can setup a temperature representing the delta between the
* threshold and the current temperature when the temperature is
* decreasing.
*
* For instance: the lag register is 5°C, the threshold is 65°C, when

* temperature decrease to 65°C - 5°C another interrupt is raised.

* A very short lag can lead to an interrupt storm, a long lag

* increase the latency to react to the temperature changes. In our
