Generate callback functions for struct fb_ops with the fbdev macro FB_GEN_DEFAULT_DEFERRED_IOMEM_OPS(). Initialize struct fb_ops to the generated functions with fbdev initializer macros. The hyperv_fb driver is incomplete in its handling of deferred I/O and damage framebuffers. Write operations do no trigger damage handling. Fixing this is beyond the scope of this patch. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
