Keith Busch a623d31805 block: make BLK_DEF_MAX_SECTORS unsigned 
[ Upstream commit 0a26f327e46c203229e72c823dfec71a2b405ec5 ]

This is used as an unsigned value, so define it that way to avoid
having to cast it.
