Add pciehp_set_indicators() to set power and attention indicators with a single register write. This is a minor optimization because we frequently set both indicators and this can do it with a single command. It also reduces the number of interfaces related to the indicators and makes them more discoverable because callers use the PCI_EXP_SLTCTL_ATTN_IND_* and PCI_EXP_SLTCTL_PWR_IND_* definitions directly. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
