Takashi Iwai 6b07ea052a ALSA: trident: Drop superfluous ioctl PCM ops 
snd_trident_ioctl() does nothing but calling the default handler.
Now PCM core accepts NULL as the default ioctl ops(*), so let's drop
altogether.
