Vineeth Vijayan 6b532eec75 s390/cio: remove pm support from eadm-sch drivers

The 'commit 394216275c7d ("s390: remove broken hibernate /
power management support")' removes the pm-support. Remove the
unused functions in eadm-sch drivers.
