Andrii Nakryiko 6c8afd54f8 selftests/bpf: Add few corner cases to test padding handling of btf_dump

Add few hand-crafted cases and few randomized cases found using script
from [0] that tests btf_dump's padding logic.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
