Or Gerlitz 6ce966fd26 net/mlx5e: Unblock setting vid 0 for VFs through the uplink rep
It turns out that libvirt uses 0-vid as a default if no vlan was
set for the guest (which is the case for switchdev mode) and errs
if we disallow that:

error: Failed to start domain vm75
error: Cannot set interface MAC/vlanid to 6a:66:2d:48:92:c2/0 \
for ifname enp59s0f0 vf 0: Operation not supported

So allow this in order not to break existing systems.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
