Pull RCU fixes from Paul McKenney: - fix regressions induced by a merge-window change in scheduler semantics, which means that smp_processor_id() can no longer be used in kthreads using simple affinity to bind themselves to a specific CPU. - fix a bug in Tasks Trace RCU that was thought to be strictly theoretical. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
